They monitor the competition and analyse the market. They are aware of innovations in their market and research consumer behaviour.
They develop and pilot a digital presence strategy on the various social media and nurture the e-reputation of the employer brand.
They manage web projects in conjunction with the IT teams, graphic designers and bloggers.
They review the marketing campaigns, and set targets for visibility, new customers and turnover to be achieved through these campaigns.
They work to create a strong digital identity for their brand(s).
