A Brand Manager is responsible for the marketing of a brand and implements strategy on social media to improve company visibility. They manage the brand on the internet to create a link between the brand and the general public.


  • They monitor the competition and analyse the market. They are aware of innovations in their market and research consumer behaviour.

  • They develop and pilot a digital presence strategy on the various social media and nurture the e-reputation of the employer brand.

  • They manage web projects in conjunction with the IT teams, graphic designers and bloggers.

  • They review the marketing campaigns, and set targets for visibility, new customers and turnover to be achieved through these campaigns.

  • They work to create a strong digital identity for their brand(s).
