To achieve this, they deploy the strategy - developed with management and the various department heads - to identify new markets, seek out new customers and identify new partners.
They carry out market research to understand the environment in which their company operates and identify development opportunities.
Working with the marketing and sales teams, they coordinate ideas and projects to create new opportunities within the company.
They study the business plans that will enable the company to flourish and ensure its sustainability.
They negotiate with new clients to ensure that contracts are in line with the development plan.
They follow the development of new markets or product ranges for the first few years to ensure that value is created and that it is fully absorbed into the company.
