The CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Manager participates in the development of a company’s CSR policy and monitors its implementation. Their role is to help involve employees in sustainable development issues in order to preserve the environment and have a positive impact on society. To do this, they contribute to department action plans and recommend monitoring indicators.
They contribute to audits and determine action plans with the managers.
They suggest performance indicators to measure the results of the action plans, and propose appropriate adjustments.
They contribute to internal and external communication initiatives.
They work with department managers and advise them on improving the impact of their CSR actions.
They undertake a technical and regulatory review, generate reports on actions taken, and publish an annual report.
