CSR Project Manager

CSR Manager, Sustainable Development Manager

The CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Manager participates in the development of a company’s CSR policy and monitors its implementation. Their role is to help involve employees in sustainable development issues in order to preserve the environment and have a positive impact on society. To do this, they contribute to department action plans and recommend monitoring indicators.

Tasks

  • They contribute to audits and determine action plans with the managers.

  • They suggest performance indicators to measure the results of the action plans, and propose appropriate adjustments.

  • They contribute to internal and external communication initiatives.

  • They work with department managers and advise them on improving the impact of their CSR actions.

  • They undertake a technical and regulatory review, generate reports on actions taken, and publish an annual report.

Salary

Junior: €30,000 - €40,000
