Healthcare Solutions Project Manager

A Healthcare Project Manager is a marketing professional who works in the healthcare field. They organise, coordinate and plan cross-sectoral marketing or institutional projects aimed at optimising patient care and treatment. Working in close contact with patients, healthcare professionals and regional bodies, they are responsible for the administrative, technical and budgetary management of projects, from design to completion.

Tasks

  • They monitor the technical and regulatory aspects of healthcare matters.

  • They manage projects and coordinate the project team so as to respect the schedule/deadlines, the budget and ethical standards.

  • They negotiate services with suppliers, and set up partnerships with State services, local authorities, social welfare organisations, associations, etc.

  • They run meetings with political, technical and medical stakeholders to inform them of project progress, decisions taken, schedules and budgets.

  • They collect data from patients, healthcare professionals and regional bodies, analysing it so as to incorporate the results into the healthcare projects for which they are responsible.
