An Insurance Policy Manager is the main contact person for policyholders of a company. They support them from the signing of the policy to the settlement of an accident or loss. They help prepare insurance claims and work closely with other departments of the insurance company, as well as with policyholders.
Tasks
Depending on the type of company, they may assist clients from the moment they take out a policy or may get involved in drawing up policies.
They update client files and contractual documents.
They manage the claims process (submitting the claim, compensation, repairs, etc.).
They enforce the contract clauses in the event of disputes.
They arrange payments and draft case reports.
