A Property Development Manager is the veritable leader in a property development programme. They are present at every stage of the project, from the purchase of the site to the sale of the property, including financing, design and building. They are industry professionals with many and varied responsibilities.

Tasks

  • They identify and purchase building sites; they then determine a suitable building project.

  • They study the feasibility of the project and seek funding.

  • They work with architects on the plans and oversee the project in order to market a high-quality product to clients.

  • They prepare tenders in order to identify the contractors to construct the future buildings.
