A Real Estate Agent is a salesperson who acts as an intermediary between a seller and a buyer of real estate. Self-employed or employed by an agency, they are often out in the field visiting properties or showing them to prospective clients. Thanks to their knowledge of buildings, they are able to assess the potential of a property and identify the most relevant selling points.

It is a profession that allows both flexibility and autonomy, especially when self-employed.They search for properties for sale or rent and negotiate the sale/rental terms.
